D25 Special Plastic Condensate Drain Pipe for Air Conditioners
It is manufactured from premium PVC-U raw material, featuring thick pipe walls and great flexibility with strong resistance to bending and cracking. The smooth inner wall ensures unobstructed water flow and prevents limescale buildup and clogging. It withstands extreme temperatures and anti-aging, and will not turn brittle even after long-term outdoor or wall-through installation. It delivers stable drainage to effectively eliminate air conditioner water leakage, and is compatible with most residential and commercial indoor air conditioning units.
Product Advantage
1. High flexibility, crack resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance
2. Two ends connectable for simpler installation
3. Made of PVC-U material with high stability, cold resistance and flame retardancy, energy-saving and high efficiency

Product Uses
I. Split Residential Air Conditioners (Most Widely Used)
Wall-mounted Indoor Units
Condensed water is collected by the indoor unit drain pan. Pipes are routed along walls, ceilings and skirting boards to discharge water to exterior walls, balcony floor drains or wall drainage outlets. Flexible hoses or thin rigid PVC pipes are adopted for exposed or concealed piping.
Floor-standing Cabinets
A drain outlet is reserved at the bottom of the unit. Pipes can directly drain to indoor floor drains and bathroom sewage pipes, or run through walls to the outdoors. Its pipe diameter is slightly larger than that of wall-mounted units.
Window Units & Portable Air Conditioners
Short PVC drain pipes are used for temporary drainage, directing water outside windows or into indoor water trays.
II. Central Air Conditioning & Commercial Air Conditioners
Ducted Concealed Air Handlers
Units are hidden inside ceilings with rigid PVC pipes as the main pipeline, pre-buried within ceilings and walls to connect to building drainage networks or shared floor drains. They are standard for residential and commercial ceiling projects.
Cassette Ceiling Units
Installed centrally in ceilings with built-in drain pumps. Matching PVC pipes run through ceiling interlayers and connect to unified floor drainage systems, widely applied in shopping malls, offices and stores.
Fan Coil Units (Terminal of Water-cooled Central AC)
The primary equipment for hotels, office buildings and hospitals. Condensate pipes of multiple units converge into a main PVC drain pipe for centralized drainage.
III. Large Commercial & Industrial Applications
Combined Air Handling Units & Constant Temperature & Humidity Machines
For factory workshops, laboratories, equipment rooms and data centers. Large-diameter PVC drain pipes are deployed to discharge massive condensed water via pipe shafts and underground pipe networks.
Cold Storage & Air Coolers
Special PVC condensate pipes for low-temperature environments in cold chain warehouses and fresh food markets, draining both defrost water and condensed water.
IV. Special Installation & Supporting Scenarios
Concealed Ceiling & Pre-embedded Engineering
Rigid PVC pipes are pre-installed in advance for finely decorated apartments and commercial projects to hide pipelines for better appearance and anti-aging performance.
Outdoor Unit Drainage (For Partial Models)
Certain low-temperature heating models generate accumulated water during outdoor unit defrosting, matched with short drain pipes for water diversion.
Multi-split Central Air Conditioning
One-outdoor-multi-indoor units are equipped with independent branch pipes for each indoor unit, which then converge into a main PVC drain pipe for centralized drainage by floor or zone.
V. Supplementary Application Features (For Product Introduction)
Exposed installation. PVC flexible hoses are commonly used for old residential buildings and retrofitting.
Concealed / pre-embedded engineering. Rigid PVC pipes are preferred for new houses and commercial ceiling projects.
Core function across all scenarios. Discharge condensed water to prevent water leakage damage to walls, floors, ceilings and electrical appliances.
Product Operate Guide
1. Connection & Installation
Fit one end of the drain pipe tightly over the drain outlet of the indoor air conditioner unit to guarantee a firm, snug fit without looseness, preventing detachment and water leakage during operation. If there is a gap between pipe diameters, secure and seal the joint with cable ties or hose clamps.
2. Pipe Layout & Routing
The entire pipeline must slope downwards consistently, so condensate water can flow out smoothly by gravity. Avoid upward bends, raised sections, reverse curves or local bulges at all costs, as these will easily trap water and cause poor drainage.
Make wide, gentle bends at turning points; do not fold the pipe sharply to avoid flattening and blockage of the water passage.
Exposed pipes can be routed along walls, skirting boards and wall corners. For concealed pipes and piping inside ceilings, maintenance access space must be reserved.
